Electric arc welding units

This particular welding is performed in 3 ways:

• On electromechanical crimping machine
• On specific tool downstream of crimping machine
• On crimping machine with roller hemming robot

For the first two, the electric unit controlled by customised drives will be used. Welding is indirect, 2 at a time, simultaneously

For the third, an electrical gun installed on robot wrist will be used, with suitable tool change to perform crimping and welding tasks

Welding force: 80-120 kg

Current: 20-25 kA
