Bossing unit

Bosses are obtained by means of pneumatic-hydraulic units supplied by KGR, that can be:

Installed on robot manipulators if parts are referenced and clamped on specific tools
Secured to ground, by means of suitable supports, if parts are positioned on grippers manipulated by robots

Pressing force is about 1000 daN; cycle time to generate each boss is about 2-3 seconds, robot handling time excluded
