IR Rays
IR Lamps used as an alternative to induction process.
Prepolymerisation with IR system may be carried out only in spots with fixed or mobile units integrated on specific tools after or on crimping machine if allowed by cycle time.
Every unit consists of a pair of lamps installed on free-standing and indexed supports, the quantity of which is defined together with the customer.
If installed on crimping machine, IR units will be mobile; if installed on specific tool they will be fixed
Heating times are the same as those obtained with induction; temperature check is carried out by means of laser sensors.
