Prepolymerisation systems

Used in the automotive industry to prepolymerise the structural adhesives present on the crimped perimeter edges of the mobile parts (hoods, doors, trunks, tailgates, front fenders).

This process is inserted in robotised assembly lines, on specific equipment positioned in a station after the perimeter crimping machine (induction or IR heating) or in the crimping machine itself (IR rays).
