Manual welding machines

Depending on their requirements, customers can choose from a range of options:

1) Simpler and more economical solutions for small to medium-sized production runs, essentially characterised by:

  • quick-change tools for different elements
  • presence of 1 WUF welding unit or, exceptionally, WUSC
  • common welding axis for all positions
  • manual movement of the element into the various welding positions by the operator; each position is mechanically referenced and controlled by a presence sensor
  • loading components and unloading finished elements manually
  • operator safety: light barrier + side panels

2) solutions that allow several different elements to be combined on the same machine, essentially characterised by:

  • presence of fixed geometry tools
  • equipped with wusc welding unit and 1 or 2 mf transformers
  • Manual loading of both the elements into their respective housings and the components by the operator; unloading is either manual or automatic.
  • Operator safety: light curtain or laser scanner + side guards
  • HMI interface
