PRE-POLYMERISATION SYSTEMS

They are used in the automotive industry for the pre-polymerisation of structural adhesives present in the stapled perimeter edges of moving parts (bonnets, doors, boots, tailgates, front wings).

This process is incorporated into robotic assembly lines, on specific equipment positioned in a station following the perimeter stapler (induction heating or IR rays) or in the stapler itself (IR rays).
