IR rays

IR lamps used as an alternative to the induction process.
Pre-polymerisation with an IR ray system can only be carried out in specific areas with fixed or mobile units that are integrated into specific tools after the stapler or on the stapler itself if the cycle time allows it.

Each unit consists of a pair of lamps mounted on independent, indexed supports, the quantity of which is determined in agreement with the customer.

If the application is carried out on a stapler, the IR units will be mobile; if it is carried out on a specific tool, the units will be fixed.

Heating times are the same as those obtained with induction; temperature control is achieved using laser sensors.
