SUSTAINABILITY REPORT AND CODE OF ETHICS
KGR firmly believes that real progress is achieved through constant, shared commitment to the principles of responsibility, transparency and sustainability.
This culture is reflected not only in technological innovation and continuous improvement in product quality, but also in the appreciation of the people who, with their energy and passion, contribute every day to the achievement of the company's objectives.
KGR has therefore decided to adopt a Code of Ethics and to publish an annual sustainability report, which provides its entire organisation with standards of conduct and outlines the rules that govern and define its way of working.
MODEL 231
In 2025, KGR adopted the Organisational Model for management and control pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 (known as Model 231).
Through this tool, we are committed to preventing risks related to the commission of offences in the conduct of business activities by ensuring ethical behaviour and responsible choices.
This model represents a fundamental safeguard for strengthening transparency, protecting the value of the company and promoting a corporate culture oriented towards legality.
