INDIRECT PROJECTION WELDING
AND INDUCTION HEATING FOR CLOSURES

We offer this process when it is necessary to give more mechanical cohesiveness to the mobile parts of a car before being assembled in plating.

The functioning principle is born by the synergic application of two our procedures:
- indirect projection welding
- induction heating

The sequential operative cycle includes:

- the projection welds, in order to fix the geometry between frame work and covering
- the perimeter structural adhesive prepolymerization process
