MODULAR SPOT WELDING GUNS
FOR MANUAL AND ROBOT APPLICATIONS

The technical and applicative ongoing evolution of KGR, the focused structural analysis, the constant research for the achievement of lower costs and high qualitative performances, allowed us to design our new range of modular guns, with the same mechanical and technological performance of the manual and robot versions.

The originality of this project it is effective when comparing the robot version with the manual one, by highlighting the equality among the components which follow:

- main body of the gun
- BF/MF transformer, interchangeable
- electrical/pneumatic actuator, interchangeable
- mobile and index semi-gun
- mobile and index arm, given the same welding conditions
- no fusion needed
- complete modularity for effective lenght Lu and inter-axis Iu

For both versions, and with the support of a specific kit, the transformation from the “scissors version” to the “C” one.
