The MWM is on the market with the multispot welding machine,
which, guarantee low cost of complete preparation of small and medium-sized sheet metal subassemblies where is necessary
to weld with projection system nuts, bushings, screws and / or complete, their geometry with some point of welding.
These high versatile machines are equipped with:
- reference and block equipment used for a single type element ( in case of medium-large sized elements)
- reference and block equipment used for more elements (in case of medium-large sized elements)
- interchangeable equipment (manual or automatic) for low and diversified productions
The human/machine combination is achieved in compliance with the NIOSH guidelines, in matters of procedures of manual loading - unloading.
All the components to be welded (nuts, bushings, screws) can be automatically loaded, with direct control of the component before welding.
The position any employee can be standing or seated (the latter is suitable for people with reduced working capacity)
and will be designed and suggested according to the specific element to be welded.
